Another brilliant column Sarah. Thank you. Our battle continues to save women's sports as well as sex-based rights for girls and women. The Australian ruling yesterday against Sall Grover was devastating---but shows just how entrenched the perverse ideology is that men can become women and that women have no rights. Onward we battle!

The outcome for Sall Grover was crushing. I can't stop thinking, why? What right is this bestowing? How is society better for this ruling?

We all know society is not better for this ruling. It is perverted. Crushing is an excellent term. This just strengthens our resolve.

Note how smoothly we went from "Trans girls aren't even dominating girls' sports!" to "Trans girls are dominating and it's a good thing!"

Yes, and "girls need to learn to lose," too. FFS.

"TRANS GIRLS ARE GIRLS!"

Whole thing is horrendous. In Eugene Oregon when a boy won the state championship a couple of years ago in the girls 200 the crowd booed. And didn't come back. California is insane.

Correct. I didn't include how one boy in girls' sports breaks sports fans. Parents and grandparents at a state track meet booing an athlete is not normal behavior. It's abnormal, unhealthy, unsportsman-like, but it was a reaction to a male athlete in girls' sports. In CA, there have been protests but no booing. Again though, protesting a high school track meet is divisive, angry, something that has happened because one of the competitors is male. Being a high school sports fan has turned into a political statement

Is there a reason activists have not organized protests at events and at the California Interscholastic Federation?

Sarah Barker's avatar

There have been protests outside meets in CA, and will be at the state track meet (next week?) Anonymously, at least 79% of Americans support single-sex sports and they ASSUME (wrongly) that legislators will respond to the feelings of the overwhelming majority of their constituents.

That's good to know. Thanks!
