If you had told when I was 20 (in 1971) that someday men would be allowed to compete in women’s sports I would have said you were crazy. How times change.

documents more than one thousand achievements of female athletes who were displaced by males in women’s sporting events and other types of competitions expressly for women.

It is certainly a very incomplete list.

Email sent. I simply wrote "If you're going to allow men into the women's division why even have one. Disgusted. And my name.

We now have 2 sports categories: men's sports and coed sports.

The only type of co-ed sports is team sports where they carefully balance an equal number of males and females on each team. So this isn’t even cooed.

It’s just 2 male categories and 0 female categories!

It's a joke. Delusional. He says he wants his son to be proud of him, and thinks this is the way to do it. Bloody hell.

The time to protest (peacefully) at these events and outside the venues is now. Seek qualified legal advice on how to avoid obvious legal pitfalls and on any other issues that may be germane. I wish I were there.

Maybe we should be making more a farce of this and have able bodied athletes identify as disabled and take all the titles at the Paralympic’s see if there’s any back last against self identification then.

This is awful. I can’t understand why sporting bodies are allowing this. I read someplace that testing these men who say they are women can’t be done any more because it upsets them. Never mind women of course, how we feel doesn’t count at all, only men’s feelings are important. It’s like going back to the days when men didn’t allow women to do any sports at all.

Once sporting organizations like the International Olympic Committee decided that "inclusion" (they don't say the full phrase, inclusion of males who identify as female into the female category because that is obviously wrong, but generalized "inclusion" sounds good) was more important than anything else, including fairness, then they had to stop doing cheek swab screens because those screens will show the awkward truth—that trans-identified males are still male. That's why they changed eligibility rules to something that is as easy as changing an M to an F on one's legal documents. Something that was very quietly instituted without a vote more than a decade ago
