It is bizarre and frustrating that women's rights are 100% tied to Trump. Of all the strange things. I thought you were going into the point where the girls who object to having to compete against males, change with males, are being excluded, intimidated, threatened with being kicked off the team, by their coaches, teachers, or even some peers. Where's their right to a supportive community that understands the unfairness, and in some sports the danger, that girls are being subjected to? When I taught a class in psychedelics, as an example of "imprinting", I used the example of John Lilly, MD, who wrote "Center of the Cyclone", and invented the flotation tank. He was about as hard-headed a scientist as they come. In the 1960's he came down from a series of trips knowing the answer to the cold war. So John called the White House to tell the president. It was a more open time, and John was a known professor of repute, so he got through to the Chief of Staff who told John that he had to be able to brief the president ahead of time.
So John told the Chief of Staff the truth. The Cold War was caused by invisible aliens fighting over the earth! Good aliens and bad aliens. Truly, Dr. Strangelove didn't depict the half of what went on in the 1960's. John never shook this "imprinted" idea. It was still on his posthumous web site as "ECCO" (earth coincidence control office) last I checked. This office is where the good aliens push probability so that things go better. John used to have a part of his web site that went through how he got confirmation about the good aliens of ECCO. Twice, he injected ketamine and had trouble. The first time, he was in a hot-tub and slipped underwater. He would have died, except a friend called just then and his wife came out, saw him, and fished him out. The other time, he went out on his bicycle to take his wife her car keys and because of the ketamine injection crashed and fell, breaking a rib (IIRC). His wife had decided to come back on her own and saw him, picked him up and got him to a hospital.
But, John never changed his core reality. He remained the same caring, kind doctor, with a good sense of humor that he had always been. (There's more to that story. John's grad student had him committed 4 times to mental institutions during this period. But John was friends with all of the directors, and they let him out. The last time, the director conspired with John to play a joke, and when the grad student got back, there was John in his office, just as he had been before getting carted off. The student asked, "What are you doing here?" John answered, "What do you mean? I never left. Where have you been?" The grad student gave up.)
MK-Ultra found the same thing. Regardless of what ideology was installed by imprinting under the influence of psychedelics, the core was not affected, although people would speak in complete denial of that core. The CIA was trying to create Bourne Identity sleeper agents who could be assassins with LSD imprinting. But even with the ideology and directions programmed in, they couldn't make that happen. The person had to already want to do it.
I think this is important to understand, because it helps explains the weird double-think, and the fact that these boys might actually believe they feel like and identify as girls, while still having sexual feelings and impulses that are heterosexual, and sexually assaulting girls. They aren't girls, and their core won't let them act like they are girls. But their mind is imprinted, like a duckling knows its mother with the certainty that they are a girl, regardless of evidence---even the evidence of their own feelings.
They are anecdotal examples, but every person who actually "transitioned" had a major drug history with it.

As you note, Chase had the experience of playing soccer because it was limited to girls. And, as the Court’s opinion noted, sports are zero sum. So giving a biological male a place on the team means excluding a girl—and depriving her of the experience cherished by Chase. That is why sports are so different from the rest of civic life. Yet Chase is blind to the point.
I thought you were going into the point where the girls who object to having to compete against males, change with males, are being excluded, intimidated, threatened with being kicked off the team, by their coaches, teachers, or even some peers. Where's their right to a supportive community that understands the unfairness, and in some sports the danger, that girls are being subjected to? Instead they're being gaslighted and made to pretend that male-sexed advantage is not real, and that girls don't matter.
They are also being gaslit by being told that, if a trans "girl" hurts herself, it will be their fault. These girls are carrying a heavy load.

Strangio's sentimentality is nauseating. All that "joy," "belonging," and "community." Lenin and Mao would have loved to have her on their propaganda team. The sentimentality is also a tell. It's poured on thick to cover up trans activism's total contempt for women and girls.

Well! Having spent way too much time with lawyers, a lawyer with twisted up tube-socks for brains is not terribly abnormal. Lawyers, particularly litigators, learn to think, "Can I sell this story and win?" Whether or not anything is true or not has nothing to do with it.
More to the point, this girl is obviously part of the drug culture that produces the trans delusion. This culture includes cocaine, but the foundation drugs are MDMA, "shrooms" sometimes ketamine, and other psychedelics like bromo-dragonfly. A person can be convinced of almost any wacko nonsense under high doses. Leaving the drugs out of it, as if they have no role is to fail to identify a key to this movement. Transhumanism is full of this.
When I taught a class in psychedelics, as an example of "imprinting", I used the example of John Lilly, MD, who wrote "Center of the Cyclone", and invented the flotation tank. He was about as hard-headed a scientist as they come. In the 1960's he came down from a series of trips knowing the answer to the cold war. So John called the White House to tell the president. It was a more open time, and John was a known professor of repute, so he got through to the Chief of Staff who told John that he had to be able to brief the president ahead of time.
So John told the Chief of Staff the truth. The Cold War was caused by invisible aliens fighting over the earth! Good aliens and bad aliens. Truly, Dr. Strangelove didn't depict the half of what went on in the 1960's. John never shook this "imprinted" idea. It was still on his posthumous web site as "ECCO" (earth coincidence control office) last I checked. This office is where the good aliens push probability so that things go better. John used to have a part of his web site that went through how he got confirmation about the good aliens of ECCO. Twice, he injected ketamine and had trouble. The first time, he was in a hot-tub and slipped underwater. He would have died, except a friend called just then and his wife came out, saw him, and fished him out. The other time, he went out on his bicycle to take his wife her car keys and because of the ketamine injection crashed and fell, breaking a rib (IIRC). His wife had decided to come back on her own and saw him, picked him up and got him to a hospital.
But, John never changed his core reality. He remained the same caring, kind doctor, with a good sense of humor that he had always been. (There's more to that story. John's grad student had him committed 4 times to mental institutions during this period. But John was friends with all of the directors, and they let him out. The last time, the director conspired with John to play a joke, and when the grad student got back, there was John in his office, just as he had been before getting carted off. The student asked, "What are you doing here?" John answered, "What do you mean? I never left. Where have you been?" The grad student gave up.)
MK-Ultra found the same thing. Regardless of what ideology was installed by imprinting under the influence of psychedelics, the core was not affected, although people would speak in complete denial of that core. The CIA was trying to create Bourne Identity sleeper agents who could be assassins with LSD imprinting. But even with the ideology and directions programmed in, they couldn't make that happen. The person had to already want to do it.
I think this is important to understand, because it helps explains the weird double-think, and the fact that these boys might actually believe they feel like and identify as girls, while still having sexual feelings and impulses that are heterosexual, and sexually assaulting girls. They aren't girls, and their core won't let them act like they are girls. But their mind is imprinted, like a duckling knows its mother with the certainty that they are a girl, regardless of evidence---even the evidence of their own feelings.
They are anecdotal examples, but every person who actually "transitioned" had a major drug history with it.

That's not really what this is about, although in both cases there was some angst.
MDMA, psilocybin, LSD, the psychedelics and entheogens make people susceptible to imprinting. Imprinting can be on a person, place, thing, idea, vision, and when it happens it carries the same weight as knowing who your mother is. It can be quite arbitrary. The issue is not that this person can't shake it, it is that they have absolutely zero interest in shaking it. It can be as difficult as changing your idea of who your mother is. Imprinting can determine the course of a lifetime from there.
This is not mental gymnastics. This is a well known and documented phenomenon in psychedelics literature. Franz Vollenweider has talked about this.
Groups do it. The Occupy kids were doing it at my alma mater. Imprinting can get quite dark when people with urges and interest in murder get rolling with it. The Bader-Meinhof Gang did it together and imprinted on terrorism. Charles Manson did it to his followers, and learned what the CIA learned, which is why he got caught. That night of the Sharon Tate murders, Linda Kasabian (who had been through the Manson imprinting exercises) found she could not commit murder. Linda ran away, but before knocking on a neighbor's door, she thought, "Charlie has my daughter." So she got her daughter away and turned herself in. (And police didn't believe her at first.)
There is a profound drug culture together with trans ideology. That's the point. Nothing to do with mental gymnastics. It's something different in many cases -- I think imprinting is big.

Since we apparently have to fight this insidious encroachment of women's spaces one system at a time, I hope they go after women's prisons next. The optics of the depraved sex offenders and murderers they're locking into cells with women aren't as heart-tugging as poor little Becky Pepper Jackson whose alleged nasty sexually charged remarks to girls in the locker room are seemingly just another "girls will be girls" moment in crazy town. And I'd love to see the ACLU, the media and democratic politicians tell us why the poor trans women, who have harassed and raped their cell mates in many cases, are more deserving of safety than the underprivileged women of color they're given privilege over.
