What the NCAA organization CAN do, and SHOULD do, after the fact, is asterisk Telfer's record. The asterisk should state that Telfer is a male, and was improperly allowed to compete in the female category.
In fact, in all the lawsuits against the NCAA, the plaintiffs' request for relief should include a request for the asterisk as an item for the court to award, as a fallback.

I saw that Fox footage with the dozens of trans activists performing a silent macarena while you were trying to speak before the panel. That's not a serious hearing.
Trans activists have an ability to drop everything (do they work, have jobs?) and coalesce en masse at any hearing to perform distracting pantomime or humming or whatever and disrupt the hearing altogether. I’ve seen their tweets/text call-to-action.
How is a hearing supposed to be held, seriously? Disrupting a hearing cancels out the first amendment rights of the speaker (you), and shouldn’t be permitted. Can speakers request that dancing stop?
Believe it or not, one of the head members of the transmafia at these meetings IS a teacher. But, in some ways, that's highly believable, since it places this person within reach of the population he seeks to groom.
To answer your Question, the cops and school security are present at these meetings, but they do little to stop the disruption. I think that's because they are seriously outnumbered. The transmafia numbers close to 100 when they attend.

My advice to men who think they are women. If you think that, there are a few things that you need to understand. First of all is that you are still a man because you can't change your biological sex. It's okay to dress any way you wish and to adopt any superficial, stereotypical attributes of women that you desire. Live your life. No one should care, I certainly don't.
However, because women are entitled to be treated fairly and to enjoy privacy from men there are certain things that are prohibited to you and me because we are men. You can't compete against women in most sports because it would be unfair. You can't go into women's private places like restrooms and locker rooms because that would make them feel unsafe. Finally, if you are a criminal you certainly can't be imprisoned with women.
That's it, just like me.
BTW, being men in America we are considered by many to be among the most privileged individuals in the world. Enjoy your status.

The baseline unfairness is even worse, though, because men's legs are also longer on average ••in proportion to height••. So, on average, any given hurdle is literally less of an obstacle for a man who's 6'2" than for a woman who's ALSO 6'2".
Jennifer Bilek has done some amazing investigative reporting on this criminal trans phenomenon. The people pushing this are ignoring the rights of women and children, who are their victims.
I couldn't believe it when so many people threw themselves headlong into the obviously arbitrary covid lockdowns, maskings, etc. I was thoroughly depressed and shocked by the submissive nature people displayed toward each new and often contradictory edict, while aggressively attacking and isolating Covid heretics.
Was that a dry run for the trans insanity, which is like the Covid hysteria on steroids?
